Nick brings a well-rounded background to the work. Before BARC, he led projects across large-scale commercial and hospitality construction, where the margin for error is small and the schedule is unforgiving. That experience taught him how to plan a build before it begins.

He carried that discipline into high-end residential, where the standard of finish is higher and the relationships are closer. He joined BARC eight years ago, bringing a sense of scale, a level of preparation, and a calm under pressure that have shaped how the company builds ever since.

Today, Nick is the connective tissue between design intent and what gets built. Clients hear from him weekly. Trades answer to him daily. Quiet, disciplined, never out of position.

A real estate professional by trade, Ian brings a different kind of energy to the company. His instinct is for relationships. Connecting BARC with the right clients, the right architects, and the right interior designers, and making sure every collaboration starts on solid ground.

On the development side of the business, that same instinct turns into action. Ian sources opportunities, structures the transactions, and closes the deals that become our next builds.

His role is to make sure every project we take on is the right one, for both sides. The relationships he builds at the start are the ones that carry through the entire build.
