Socorro is a development project by BARC Builder Group, conceived as a modern frame for cultured design. Nakamoto Forestry yakisugi cladding wraps the exterior, while an El Dorado stacked-stone facade draws the landscape in. Marvin Modern windows and doors disappear into the walls, and deep covered eaves shelter an indoor-outdoor program anchored by a generous mudroom.
Like every BARC project, quality comes first. We do not cut corners, and building a luxury home from foundation to finish, for clients and for ourselves, is the work we measure ourselves by.
Inside, the spaces flow openly while staying distinct: a wet bar with a chevron feature wall and brass shelving, a primary suite with a hotel-grade bathroom, and a walk-in closet detailed like a watch box.
