On the Project

Heritage Detailing, Built Modern.

A new-build Contemporary Craftsman that honors the form. Exposed timber gable corbels, deep eaves, smooth stucco with Craftsman-style window trim, full-light entry door, all running modern systems and finishes underneath.

White oak millwork throughout. A professional-grade kitchen with integrated stainless workstation sink, Wolf appliances, and Sub-Zero refrigeration. A custom outdoor kitchen with granite counters and a built-in gas grill, sheltered by an operable louvered patio cover. Walnut at the utility and laundry zones, detailed like the front of house.

Below the main floor, a fully finished daylight basement adds a private wing. Future home gym with polished concrete and mirror wall, media space, en-suite three-quarter bath, all built and engineered as part of the new construction, not a retrofit.

A home that belongs to its block, and to the next fifty years.

Back of Beechwood Craftsman: covered timber-gable patio, louvered pergola, outdoor kitchen, and lawn

Motorized louvered pergola · Remote-operated aluminum louvers, integrated rain sensor, indoor/outdoor flex

A motorized louvered pergola anchors the back of the house — aluminum slats that open, close, and pivot by remote to track the sun, vent heat, or close fully against rain. Paired with the timber-gable covered patio and outdoor kitchen, it gives the home a fully usable outdoor room every month of the year.
